9. Policy Implementation System

9.1 For the implementation of the policy, the necessary thematic and sectoral strategies and action plans (Abil or Batshyaal) will be formulated by maintaining coordination and harmony with all the parties involved. 9.2 The agencies responsible for the implementation of this policy will formulate their annual programs and budgets. 9.3 Since the topic of drug addiction prevention and control is related to everything, this topic will be mainstreamed in various strategies and program methods. 9.4 This subject will be given priority in various exercises related to bilateral relations with India and cross border.
